About the project
Linar is Alef Group's first direct-waterfront residential project, set on the Al Mamzar beachfront at the Sharjah-Dubai border. Six towers offer one- to three-bedroom apartments and a limited number of penthouses, linked to the beach by a pedestrian bridge.
