About the project
Evermore is the first masterplan by Omniyat's BEYOND outside Dubai, announced in February 2026 on Marjan Beach directly opposite the Wynn resort. It spans more than 7 million sq ft of GFA with a projected development value above AED 25 billion, combining homes, hotels and retail.
